Each project is implemented through a qualified member association, with impact indicators reviewed quarterly.

The project addresses priorities related to structural safety, water and thermal insulation, and sanitation in partially damaged housing units. It provides dignified and rapid transitional shelter solutions for families whose homes have been completely destroyed, prioritizing families led by women, persons with disabilities, orphans, and the elderly.
