# Understanding Meeting Between the Palestinian Smart Youth Parliament and the Palestinian National Youth Council to Discuss Joint Cooperation Programs and Mechanisms **Monday | August 31, 2026** The **Palestinian Smart Youth Parliament | PYSP** held an understanding meeting with representatives from the **Palestinian National Youth Council**, aimed at discussing areas of cooperation, joint programs, and coordination mechanisms for the upcoming phase. The meeting brought together **Dr. Abdul Karim Abu Mustafa, Founder of the Palestinian Smart Youth Parliament**, and **Eng. Ahmad Kassab, President of the Higher Administrative Authority of the Parliament**, along with **Rawaa Jaradat, Vice President of the Administrative Authority in the Palestinian National Youth Council**, and **Saleh Atiq, Member of the Administrative Authority - Jenin Branch**. During the meeting, the main programs and initiatives that both sides are working on were reviewed, and visions were exchanged regarding work mechanisms, in addition to discussing several ideas and proposals related to implementing joint youth programs and activities, which enhance opportunities for mutual benefit and experience exchange. This meeting comes as a continuation of cooperation steps that have already begun between the two sides, as **10 members of the Palestinian National Youth Council were previously involved in the artificial intelligence training program implemented by the Palestinian Smart Youth Parliament**, as a joint cooperation initiative between the council and the parliament, aimed at providing opportunities for youth to benefit from capacity-building programs and digital and technological skills. Participants emphasized the importance of building on this step and expanding areas of cooperation in the upcoming phase, by developing joint training and youth programs, enhancing communication and coordination, and benefiting from the experiences and resources available to both sides to serve Palestinian youth.
